Our Service Agreement outlines our policies for protecting students throughout their membership and our procedures for using screenshots, photographs, videography, and submitted assignments for social media content and archives. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

We will conduct all online classes on Zoom. Only registered students who have received a confirmation messages will be permitted to attend classes.

Payment is due upon confirmation of receipt of invoice. Students are expected to settle all outstanding amounts promptly unless additional time has been expressly requested and granted. Classicle Club reserves the right to withhold access to classes or materials in the event of outstanding payments.

All payment-related matters, including requests for extensions or rescheduling of payment, must be directed to the Telegram admin.

By signing up for a membership with Classicle Club, you consent to us taking photographs, videos, and screenshots of events for publishing on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Assignments submitted to us will be kept in our archives for future reference and used to improve future content and assess the difficulty of our lesson syllabus. We may share select works from the cohort on various platforms to highlight student achievements with express permission from the student.

Classes that are not attended may be transferred in full to another student. Classicle Club reserves the right to cancel any tutoring session or class that is not attended by the student, and will make a good faith effort to reschedule the session within the same week. A recording of the lesson will be provided to students who miss all classes in one week. Rolling over unattended classes to a different term is only allowed as a last resort.

No full refunds will be issued for classes that have already taken place. Students may transfer their remaining classes to another student at no additional cost. If a transfer is not possible and a refund is requested, a refund will be issued after deducting any applicable bank fees, which will be communicated in full with the student prior to processing.

All members enjoy complimentary access to the Classicle Collection for the duration of their membership. Access will expire automatically upon the end of the membership period and will not carry over unless the student renews their membership. Students on the trial plan do not enjoy this benefit.

To ensure clarity and efficiency, students are asked to observe the following communication guidelines:

• Payment & scheduling matters

  • Contact the Telegram admin directly for all payment queries, invoice clarifications, session rescheduling, and administrative matters.

• General Paper & academic matters

  • Contact your tutor directly for essay feedback, paper-related queries, and lesson content questions.

• Personal advice & conversations

  • Any requests for personal advice or non-academic conversations are entirely at the discretion of the tutor. While the tutor will typically endeavour to be helpful and supportive, any information, opinions, or advice she shares in such conversations are her own and do not represent the views, positions, or policies of Classicle Club. Classicle Club bears no liability for any advice or guidance offered outside of the tutor's professional academic capacity.

All Intellectual Property rights in any materials provided by us to the student, including but not limited to course materials, learning resources, and proprietary software, will remain the property of Classicle Club. The student shall not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without our express written consent.

Classicle Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to tutor illness or technical difficulties. In such cases, students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

We and the student shall maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during tuition sessions, including but not limited to student performance, academic materials, and personal information. Classicle Club and the student shall not engage in any form of discrimination or discriminatory behaviour, and any harassment will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate actions will result in immediate removal from classes, and those flagged for inappropriate actions will not be permitted access to subsequent classes.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in good faith between both parties before any formal proceedings are initiated.
